VoiceThread Docs / Managing a K-12 License / K-12 Educator Information / Publishing student work

If students have been permitted to publish, they can select “Allow anyone to view” and “Allow anyone to comment” in the Publishing Options for their VoiceThreads. This means that anyone who has the link to the VoiceThread will be able to view it. Note that only people who are members of Ed.VoiceThread are able to comment on a public student VoiceThread.

Students can also check “Publish on Browse page” in their Publishing Options. When people visit the Browse page, they can locate the VoiceThread simply by searching by title, tag, or the student’s Identity name. Only people who are members of Ed.VoiceThread are able to comment on student VoiceThreads even if they have been published.

If your Administrator has disabled student publishing, any educator can perform these tasks for any student-created VoiceThread.
